CLEANING FEE IN CASE OF DAMAGES OR SMOKING IN THE ROOM

If the hotel rooms or parts of the entire facility are defaced, we will charge a cleaning fee. Furthermore, we would like to point out again that smoking is not allowed in the room. All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You can of course smoke on the balconies. We ask you to respect this. If our guests do not adhere to the smoking ban, we are forced to charge a flat rate for special cleaning and the room price for 2 days as a loss of business.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It would be a pity if you couldn’t go on a trip that you have already been looking forward to.

You can cancel your reservation for free up to 3 months before your arrival if you are in a group (travel or seminars) and up to one week before your arrival if you stay as private guests. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge cancellation fees if you cancel later than that:

1. a) Groups (travel and seminars)

• Until 8 weeks before date of arrival: 0%
• Until 6 weeks before date of arrival: 50%
• 1 week before date of arrival: 90%
• 2 days before date of arrival: 100%

1. b) Private guests, individual guests, business guests

• 1 week before date of arrival: 50%
• 3 days before date of arrival: 75%
• 1 day before date of arrival: 100%

Damage to furnishings, electrical devices and equipment as well as theft

If there is any damage to our inventory or any of the seminar devices, the seminar client is liable. Even in the event of loss, the replacement costs will be charged to the client.

If objects are stolen from our rooms or our entire hotel and catering facility (e.g. hotel folder, towels, bicycles, remote control …), we reserve the right to send an invoice for the damage incurred.
