Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In at the hotel
To check-in at our hotel, please just come to our restaurant (right next to the supermarket at the big patio). Here you’ll get your key card. Please respect the current safety measures and regulations concerning COVID-19. Check-In is guaranteed from 3 p.m onwards.
Check-In on Sundays or vacation days:
If you arrive on Sundays or vacation days, you can pick up your key card from our safe. You will receive the code for the safe via e-mail or booking (depending on your way of booking).
Late-Check-In (Check-In late at night)
If you arrive late after the opening times of our restaurant, just give us a timely notice. We will put your key card in our safe. You will receive the code for the safe via e-mail – just contact us at: office@locker-legere.at
Check-Out Monday to Friday
Please mind that our check-out time is by 11 a.m.
Check-Out Monday to Friday
If you want to check-out later, you can do so for an extra charge of 25€ per person (only when available, please check with us first).
Check-Out Saturday, Sunday and vacation days
Our reception is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on vacation days. We will contact you about the payment.
Our reception times are:

7 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Outside the opening hours of our reception, you can get in touch with our service team at the Locker & Légere restaurant. The restaurant is within a 50 metres distance from the hotel. The restaurant is closed Sundays and on vacation days.

Discounts and additional fees:
- 0-6 years: 100% discount
- 6-9 years: 50% discount
- 9-12 years: 30% discount
- Single room supplement: 15€ per person and night
- Children from the age of 6 get a free GenussCard
Dogs
Your dog is welcome at our hotel. Please inform us before your arrival about which and how many dogs you want to bring. We will charge an additional fee of 10€ per night and dog (no food included). The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages caused by the pet.
GenussCard
Every guest can receive a GenussCard for free (Business guests excluded). With this card you can visit more than 250 destinations in the region. You can find more information on www.genusscard.at.
Bathrobe
You can use a bathrobe for free. Just let us know with your reservation and we will put one in your room.
Wi-Fi
There is free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel. You don’t need a password. Just find L&L WIFI, accept the terms of conditions and you are already connected.
Cancellation policy
It would be a pity if you couldn’t go on a trip that you have already been looking forward to.
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 3 months before your arrival if you are in a group (travel or seminars) and up to one week before your arrival if you stay as private guests. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge cancellation fees if you cancel later than that:
a) Groups (travel and seminars)
- Until 8 weeks before date of arrival: 0%
- Until 6 weeks before date of arrival: 50%
- 1 week before date of arrival: 90%
- 2 days before date of arrival: 100%
b) Private guests, individual guests, business guests
- 1 week before date of arrival: 50%
- 3 days before date of arrival: 75%
- 1 day before date of arrival: 100%or der Anreise: 100%
